CO-Owner & President
Chris Nordyke brings a robust background in entrepreneurship and sales leadership to his role as Co-owner and President at Floodlight Consulting. His journey began at age 19 when he entered the world of direct sales with Vector Marketing, where he quickly rose to prominence as a top sales leader and branch office manager in Los Angeles. During his tenure, he was instrumental in overseeing a team of over 40 sales representatives, spearheading initiatives in recruiting, training, and team development. This experience laid a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and sales leadership, which Chris continues to leverage today, particularly in the restoration industry.
His expertise in B2B sales was further honed during his time as a Contract Sales Representative for Cintas Corporation, a Fortune 500 company specializing in laundry services. Here, Chris mastered Requirements Based Selling (RBS), a strategy that underpins the Pain-Solution selling model he utilizes with clients today.
Before his current venture, Chris had a significant tenure at State Farm Companies, where he owned and operated a successful agency for five of his eight years with the company. In 2014, Chris transitioned to Summit Cleaning and Restoration, where he played a pivotal role on the leadership team. Until late 2019, he led the company's business development and marketing efforts, placing a special emphasis on customer experience, culture, and commercial sales operations.
Chris's diverse experience and proven leadership continue to drive success and innovation at Floodlight Consulting, where he remains dedicated to building resilient and high-performing teams.

Her leadership journey includes senior roles at both BELFOR and ATI Restoration, where she consistently bridged the gap between sales and operations, especially in high-stakes environments.
In her role as a Sales Partner, Kate brings a strategic, relational approach to building systems that scale. She has a knack for guiding clients through uncertainty and building people-centered sales strategies that don’t sacrifice heart for performance. Her mentoring style is rooted in trust, her leadership grounded in lived experience, and her outcomes built on clarity and connection.

We’re excited to welcome Connelly Hayward to the Floodlight Consulting Group team. As a seasoned business consultant, leadership coach, and former business owner, Connelly brings more than three decades of hands-on experience, paired with a deep commitment to helping others lead with clarity and confidence.
Over the last 14 years, Connelly has worked with organizations across a wide range of industries to streamline operations, strengthen leadership, and build healthy, accountable cultures. His consulting work is informed by over 30 years of experience as a business leader and owner. Before stepping fully into the world of advising, he served as a partner at L. H. Hayward & Co., the iconic food company behind the Camellia brand. His time there sharpened his skills in operational strategy and navigating complex, high-growth environments.
Beyond his time in food and retail, Connelly has led and owned companies in industries ranging from construction to bio-plastics. That broad entrepreneurial background gives him a grounded understanding of the pressures business owners face and the adaptability it takes to succeed.
What really sets Connelly apart is the way he blends sharp strategic thinking with behavioral science. He holds certifications in multiple behavioral models and brings that expertise into his work with leaders and teams. Whether he’s supporting a turnaround, guiding a company through growth, or helping prepare an organization for sale, Connelly focuses on results, alignment, and trust. His background in Physics adds a unique layer to his style, combining precision, curiosity, and systems thinking in every engagement.
And here’s a curveball you might not expect: Connelly is also a High-Speed Driving Instructor. It’s a fun detail, but also one that speaks to his calm under pressure, focus on performance, and love of coaching in dynamic environments.
“Connelly brings a rare mix of operational depth, coaching precision, and behavioral insight,” said Brandon Reece, co-founder of Floodlight. “He’s a trusted advisor who makes everyone around him better, and we’re thrilled to have him with us.”

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest member of the Floodlight Consulting Group family: Clinton Tierney, who joins us as a Sales Partner with a powerhouse background in restoration sales and leadership.
Clinton’s journey in the restoration industry spans over 20 years and is a masterclass in professional evolution. He began in 2004 as an environmental and mitigation technician and quickly advanced through the ranks. His operational grounding in project management and estimating, especially on large loss jobs, gave him the deep, technical know-how that still informs his work today.
But it was in business development that Clinton truly hit his stride. As a Business Development Executive, Clinton built a reputation for forming strong, strategic relationships, particularly in the commercial space. His authenticity, consistency, and ability to drive results made him stand out as a top performer. That success eventually led to a promotion to Sales Director of a multi-state restoration firm, where he led a team of 16 and scaled both revenue and impact.
What sets Clinton apart isn’t just his impressive resume. It’s his heart for mentorship. He thrives when helping others level up. Whether he’s coaching new sales reps, developing account growth strategies, or building high-performing teams, Clinton is deeply committed to lifting others and building durable success.
“Clinton is the kind of leader who makes everyone around him better,” said Brandon Reece, co-founder of Floodlight. “He brings hard-won wisdom, deep operational knowledge, and a rare gift for unlocking sales potential in people and organizations. We’re lucky to have him on board.”
Please join us in giving Clinton a warm welcome. We’re pumped about the insight, grit, and generous leadership he brings to our clients and our team.
